The classes subject to booking must be booked in advance via PF Mobile Apps, Facebook https://www.facebook.com/pulsefitnesscompany/, contact the Club at 018-776 8777 or directly at the Club reception.
Class booking can be done 7 days before the class at the earliest, but not later than 30 minutes before it starts.
Class can be cancelled at the latest 30 minutes before the Class starts, by contact the Club at 018-776 8777 or PF Mobile Apps.
It is non-refundable, non-transferable and no carried forward upon confirmation of Class booking. Absence of Class will incur a lost session.
Only the person on the booking list in the system is authorised to attend the Class.
The members are requested to come to the Class at least 5 minutes before the Class commencement, in order to prepare equipment needed for the Class.
In order to ensure that the maximum number of members can attend the group class, we have rights to make availability the place of member who has not appeared at the booked Class on time, allowing the member on the waiting list to attend the Class.
In exceptional situations and only when there is enough space and equipment available, before the Class starts, the instructor can allow the members who have not booked the Class to attend.
The instructor has the right not to allow the member to participate in the Class if the member arrived late and/or did not joined in the warm up.
Pulse Fitness has the right to make changes in the Class Schedule, in particular: change the instructor, replace the Class with another one or cancel the Class. Such changes can only happen in exceptional situations and are not a standard practice.
The member is obliged to inform the instructor about any health issues and limitations which may affect member’s safety and restrict the possibility of performing physical activities.
During the Class, the members are obliged to wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Please return all equipment to it’s proper place after use.
